In looking back at some photos, these match perfectly with the little nugget I want to remember:
Yesterday while napping, my youngest who will be 4 next week stirred, sat up, and SANG 'God is great, God is good, God is merciful' turned around and went back to sleep! Allison and I thought he was waking up, but he just konked out again. You can listen to the song. Scroll down to my playlist at the bottom of this page.
It was a great reminder to continue to praise God while we are sleeping!
This summer Merv and the boys went camping with a group from church. They came back later and these blankets ended up being stacked by our kitchen which is right by our back/front door. I don't always know what name to give the door since it's our 'front' door but it's in the back of the house. I was tired so the stack stayed there until Monday.
It proved to be a perfect place to take a Sunday afternoon nap! It was special for the boys.
And another time Landon was watching The Alphabet Zoo and fell asleep like this.
