We are praising God for Braden's healing. His fever is GONE and you would never know that he was sick, except for his pale face. However, the lump on the back of his head has developed into a more prominent rash and looks like a bull's eye, the type of rash that is associated with Lyme's disease.
I am one to explore options and will only go to the doctor if I have to. I love to stick with herbs. I found The Renegade Health Show and then heard episode #86 on You Tube. I learned it's best to do both as unfortunately, natural only is not the best route to take with this.
We did not see any tick on Braden's head so it may have bit him and fell off. But there is definitely the rash as a sign. So I called the doctor and made an appointment. The first available date was tomorrow afternoon.
Meanwhile, we will continue with echinacea and colloidal silver seasoned with prayer and faith and trust!

Praying for him, too!!
poor guy. i'm glad you are working on getting him good and healthy soon, the longer you wait the worse it is. you should maybe try a probiotic to build up his immune system if he's on antibiotics for a while.
Rose, this is interesting. Just happened onto your blog today and noticed the bulls-eye rash post. I had the same thing in the summer of '08 and our 6 year-old had it this past summer. We live in NYC so all we could figure out is we picked up a tick on a trip to Lanc. Co. Never saw the little buggers. But a nurse practictioner friend confirmed it was Lyme disease. Anyway, we had excellent success with herbal products from Vonner.com Also know of quite a few other people with success stories on the same products. The key is to take care of it as soon as possible, which makes me so grateful that we actually got the bulls-eye rash since many people get bitten and never know it so they can't take care of it until symptoms show up months or years down the road. Best wishes, Melanie King
Thanks everyone for your prayers. And thanks, Melanie for the info. I appreciate it very much!
